"I really want to appreciate the staff present at the hotel. So diligent and polite they were. They even served the breakfast in bed as per our request. We wanted a scissors in an urgent situation. The hotel arranged it anyhow in less than half an hour. They really go out of the box to help you. The food was amazing. They ensured we had a safe and peaceful stay. "Terrible stay . Very poor service . some staffs are very rude . They called us around 10 am and told us to vacant the room at 11 am . When I asked them but your time of check out is 12 pm then how can you ask for check out. How can you talk to your guest like that then they told me we have 11 am check out rule. I show them Hotels.com app but here it’s reflecting 12 pm and I ask for one hour extension for check out then after lot of argument they allow us for two rooms instead of four rooms because we had booked four rooms there. I don’t think this is value for money. But food is good. Location wise it is also very good but they don’t have river side . "

"Excellent property with nice scenic views of Ram Ganga ,hills, trails and bridge. Delicious and safe food with comfortable deluxe rooms with gorgeous views of river and mountains. Prompt service and friendly staff. Only issue that has to be tackled is the menace of monkeys who terrified everyone and ruined the pleasure of sitting out in balcony to have tea or snacks. Management has to take some drastic steps to overcome this issue "
