"This is my second stay at this property so that should tell you something. Although it is attached to a home (nice and quiet residential area) the property is private and quiet. Pros are as follows:• The communication is always excellent.• Tiled floor throughout (no permanent carpet). So it always feels clean.• Nice mini fridge with an actual small freezer with it's own door -- bigger than the min refrigerators at a hotel. Big enough for your leftovers or food / freezer packs.• Thoughtfully equipped (towels -- even though I bring my own, extra pillows, sheets, etc.)• Comfortable bed• Cold and remote controlled wall AC unit• Convenient location and you can always park right next to your front door (your own concrete padded parking spot)• Fairly priced... I hope it can stay that way because I plan more visits to Lakeland :-)WISH LIST (not complaints, just constructive feedback)• Although the bathroom is modest and clean, I wish they could install a handheld shower attachment... There's even a splitter for it already.• Add inexpensive or disposable silverware -- spoons, forks and butter knives. They are thoughtful enough to add many other accessories like disposable cups, free coffee for the coffee machine, sugars, etc.• Replace the TV with a ROKU smart TV so that guests could sign on to their own streaming services. Right now there is a functional older set that is not "smart" -- a 36" to 42" Roku smart TV can easily fit and will not cost much these days."

"Odd combo of a few positives mixed w/negatives. Positives- check-in was easy & the house has very comfortable beds. The downfall of this property begins w/the neighborhood. Not the best area. The front window of the home does not lock. There is no vent fan in the bathroom, so you have to open the window when you shower. The bathroom, kitchen & 1 bedroom window look into the portion of the property that is a separate rental. Uncomfortable to have an open window when strangers are sitting outside the window. Oddly few towels provided. The 1st day we couldn’t find the towels. Messaged the owner who insisted they left towels on each bed. We eventually found 1 towel in each closet & 2 washcloths in a box in the laundry room. On our 3rd day, I was showering when the maintenance crew came to the house wanting photos to prove towels were there. They walked in on me while I was showering & tried to take photos. My husband had to remove them from the bathroom. The owner did apologize, however this is unacceptable behavior. They did at least leave us more towels. The photos of this home are deceptive. The home is older & has been updated in a sloppy way. Parts of it were clean while other parts were not. The backyard feels like a crime scene and is not a relaxing place to hang out. Overall, a difficult one to rate. Owner was nice enough but for the we paid, not worth it and the maintenance crew probably needs to be replaced. "

"This property is well maintained, comfortable and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Being right on the lake, you are able to enjoy all the natural beauty. Everything you might need is within a short drive. Landlord is quick to reply to any issues and is respectful of your privacy. I loved it, highly recommend and will definitely return next winter. "

"Great for family of different ages (80yr to 40yr). Super clean, pleasant, relaxing, especially the patio area. Host was superb in communication. Great for our needs!"

"I enjoyed the property. It was clean and had everything I needed. I liked the security lights that came on as I walked the little path from the front parking to the side entrance. Quiet area and neighbors. A good stay. "
