"Extremely clean. Late check in with ease I called before hand & staff helped me. Amenities were nice including kitchenette area. Toiletries, coffee supplies and mini fridge. Would stay again. Stairs and outside of property needs some TLC and honestly the porch area I was pretty scared walking on."

North Cascades Inn

North Cascades Inn

10/10 Excellent
"North Cascades Inn was a great one-night base in Marblemount before hiking Sahale Arm. I knew going in that the bathrooms were shared, and that wasn’t an issue at all. I’ve stayed in hostels and similar places while traveling, and I never once had trouble finding an open bathroom during my stay. The property is really cute and quaint, with a lot of historic character. My room was on the smaller side, but that was completely fine since I wasn’t there to spend much time indoors. The bed was very comfortable, check-in was incredibly easy with my key waiting in an envelope, and everything felt clean and well cared for. The location was especially convenient. There are restaurants right across the street, a convenience store next door, and it’s right at the start of Cascade River Road, making it an ideal launching point for Cascade Pass and Sahale Arm. It was also very affordable for the area. For a simple, comfortable place to stay before a big day in the North Cascades, it worked perfectly."

"The property is as close as you can get to all the best larch hikes! Check in was smooth, and the place was exactly as pictured. Loved the thoughtful details like shampoo, q-tips and floss in the bathroom. We used the kitchen and found it well equipped. We especially enjoyed using the hot tub after a long day of hiking. I strongly recommend!!"
