"The resort is new, located in a remote spot but accessing 2 beautiful beaches.
The disappointing aspect was the customer service:
-The staff spoke poor english. To run more than 300 suites you need people speaking english.
-On arrival we paid the city tax. I noted after paying that it did not match the amount on the itinerary, they "said that expedia would not know the local rate." I said that they should look at it if Expedia has wrong information as it's misleading and they said that I...

"Stayed here in July 2025.
Great location for Castlesardo, only a 5 minute walk into town where there are plenty of shops and restaurants.
The apartment is very spacious, not suitable for disabled people as there are a few flights of external steps to get to the property. Parking is directly below the apartment and allocated to you.
There is everything you need for your stay, large kitchen/dining area with microwave, hob and fridge freezer. However there is no oven.
The bedroom is spacious with plenty of wardrobe space, and bathroom with shower and washing machine. All with very high ceilings giving a spacious feel. TV in lounge/dining and bedroom (not that we used it) and good WiFi.All rooms have good air conditioning which is a must.
There is a small supermarket 5 mins walk away who were very friendly (Market JaJo) or Conad a larger supermarket a 10 min (steep) walk.
Communication was excellent from the owner and the local contact, with a comprehensive set of instructions and photos of how to get to and in to the property.
The view from the balcony and all rooms is breathtaking, and its one i will miss every morning when you wake up.
Castlesardo is a fantastic place, very steep to get to the old town, but there is a Tuktuk service you can use which is great fun. A car is a must if you want to go to neighboring towns/villages.
Overall, its an excellent apartment with great hosts. Would thoroughly recommend.

"This was a beautiful and conveniently located hotel in Castelsardo. The breakfast was the best we had in Sardinia. Our room was recently renovated with updated charging ports which we appreciated. Highly recommend!"
"Lovely helpful staff, clean and tidy throughout, a good selection at the buffet breakfast and a nice pool area with fab views.
We were 4 adults sharing 1 room and it was plenty big enough, including the bathroom. We had a sea view from our balcony which was great for sunrises and sunsets. It was particularly hot for time of year so aircon struggled a bit with the 4 of us in one room, but it was still bearable and the shutters on the balcony door really helped to keep the heat out during the day. The rest of the hotel was lovely and cool though, with spacious communal areas.
The only negatives were the bed was not the most comfy, but this is a niggle as it was still possible to sleep ok, and the pool bar doesn't do proper snacks, just drinks, ice creams and crisps. But we did get some free crisps with our reasonably priced drinks and there's a lovely little supermarket with really helpful owners less than 10 minutes walk away.
Access to the little beach directly across the road is closed for safety reasons but there is access to the sea a few tens of metres further down the road and also on the way into town. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would hesitate to stay again! "

"A really fabulous place to stay in Castelsardo. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. Room was very spacious with a balcony. Beds were very comfortable. Great bathroom. Breakfast was provided. The hotel is situated 2 minutes from the bus stop and close to great bars and restaurants. The old town is a 10 minute walk away and worth visiting. Definitely worth a few days visit. Checkin was easy and efficient. Really enjoyed our stay here"
