"Apartment location was away from main resort area, had to arrange for shuttle when going for breakfast and hot spring. Had enjoyed the hot spring facilities though not all 33 types were available then. Door lock to balcony was faulty. No fridge and no safe. Resort doesn't arrange airport shuttle."

"The hotel is excellent, it seems as if you are in Versailles. The concierge Aaron is very helpful, but the rest of the staff is a bit undertrained and speak VERY little English. I came for the Canton Fair and it is very far away, they have one bus that goes at first time in the morning and comes back to the hotel when the fair closes. For the rest of the transportation you have to take a bus to the metro station and then use the metro."

We got to the buffet around 9:30am and food was cold. It said the hotel was international but I didn't find it to be international at all. Local hotel that catered to locals. 20 minutes from airport, 35 minutes from train station. Only 1 person spoke English and it wasn't that good. "
