"Our experience at Demeure Flore was exceptional and one of a kind. Fracesco welcomed us warmly and made us the best meal of our trip which we enjoyed in his lovely garden nestled in the French countryside. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean and it was like finding an oasis after a few long days of travel. The only sad thing was we were only able to stay one night. We hope to return some day. "This was clearly the nicest place we stayed on our bike trip from Carcassonne to Sete. The host couple, Natalie and Sebastien, could not have more welcoming or helpful. The room is perfect, with the best bed we have experienced this trip and a lovely balcony. Breakfast was also great. Spectacular value for money. I highly recommend a stay here."

"Ce moulin est un véritable écrin de bonheur. Au coeur de la nature, au chant des cigales et des oiseaux, nous nous y sommes ressourcés et y avons passé un excellent séjour. Il n'y a aucun vis-à-vis et la quiétude des lieux incite au repos. Le moulin est une maison de caractère, ce qui complète son charme dans ce cadre verdoyant. Le ruisseau en contrebas a contribué à bercer nos nuits."

Two good restaurants in the village of Assignan including a great breakfast.. many others within a short driving distance.
