"The house is extremely well equipped and has a lovely garden with views over the fields. The pool and cinema room were a bonus. It’s only a short drive into the centre of Lille and convenient to explore the surrounding area but we really enjoyed the rural location."

"Wonderful family holidays:One family English/one German.Spacious well-kept house and beautiful spacious grounds:Had family tournaments: Basketball, pingpong, pool Billard.Wonderful sun bathing,small tennis court,had to lovely bbqs in the cozy Finnish grill hut.10 minutes by car to beautiful town Saint Omer plus bakery shop/butchers shop/pharmacy at 10 minutes on foot. "Le logement est spacieux, bien équipé et bien décoré.Probablement pas dans le quartier le plus chic de Roubaix, mais en plein mois d'août c'était calme et facile de stationner.Le linge de lit, serviettes et torchons sont fournis. En revanche nous avons été très déçu par l'état de propreté du sol du rez de chaussée. Collant dans partie cuisine. L'éponge laissée pleine de gras. Et une grande partie de la vaisselle sale dans les placards, même une casserole dans laquelle il restait carrément de...

"Excellent host, very thorough. Beautiful property, home from home. The jacuzzi was a real bonus, but the property and garden was immaculate, comfortable and had everything we needed. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet. Perfect"

"Nice house with everything you need. We liked the different spaces at the different floors. Really nice and private outside area with sun during the whole day. Round bed was good as well (enough space for the both of us). Make a note that there is no wifi and sheets+towels are for rent or you can bring your own. Cassel is cozy with different restaurants and take aways (pizza take out around the corner is really good!) and a nice spot from where you can explore the area (Lille, Dunkirk)."
