"Even tho we were only in the area for work purposes. This place was amazing to come back to. We were able to shower, cook dinner, and relax on the back facing the water. The grill and pizza oven came on handy too! Alex was a wonderful host. If we are back in the area, we will definitely rebook!"

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, aluminum foil, ziplock bags, both cooking and serving utensils, regular dishes and glasses as well as the paper plates and plastic cups. There are hand soaps at all of the sinks and even dishwasher pucks. Paper towels and toilet paper is also provided. There is also laundry...

"I recently stayed at this house and it's exactly as described in the listing... The house itself is beautiful with a lovely fenced in yard that is ideal for families with fur babies. However, I must say my experience with evolve the property management company. It is horrible. They overcharge for their so called services which did not add value to my stay. Also I want to mention I was dismayed to find out that previous Tenants, we're very disrespectful, and defecated on the bathroom carpet...

"Our stay was great. Host was great and the owner is great too. Very helpful. House was great. Very clean and comfortable. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Everything worked as it should. We would definitely recommend staying there if you’re in the area. "

"A living room, den, deck, backyard with hammock, and 3 bedrooms = lots of room to relax and get some space on an extended trip. In a very quiet neighborhood. Just down the street from the Ingles Grocery store."

"We have stayed at a lot of short term rentals and this was by far the best equip home we have stayed. This is a great location near Cherokee lake. It also have a great firepit and yard area. I would highly recommend this home to stay in Rogersville!"

"We recently had to go to Greeneville, Tennessee for a funeral. We stayed 3 nights at the Quality Inn in Greenville, Tennessee. The staff was very nice, the room was nice and clean and everything was very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice also. We would definitely stay there again. "

Another perfect visit!

"This was our second stay and we visited for 10 days this time because we enjoyed our visit last year so much!What a wonderful view and cozy, quiet surroundings - perfect for unwinding and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the spacious deck with our grandson. Sipping coffee in the early morning on the deck was just as enjoyable. We plan on returning next spring! We have found our favorite Tennessee haven! Ralph is especially kind and provides immediate responses to texts. We had no problems but needed to make a change in the number of family members staying over. He is the best!"
