Peace And Tranquility Setting In The Woods!

Enjoy our quiet chalet in the woods. Get away from the hustle and bustle with the convenience of being only a short drive away to shopping, sightseeing and many outdoor activities. You can sit by the fire, watch deer and other wildlife in the meadow and just relax....

Our two story chalet features a full kitchen, including a microwave and dishwasher; a dining/living room area with a gas fireplace, color TV/VCR/Satellite and WIFI , downstairs there are two bedrooms- one queen and one twin with a newly remodeled 3/4 bath; upstairs is an enclosed loft with three beds - queen and two twins, 3/4 bath and a balcony; there is central heating and Central Air Conditioning. Sheets are provided, but you must bring your own towels & personal soaps.

Family stay in Door County

This was the perfect location for a family stay in Door County. It is centrally located on the peninsula and away from the crowds in town. We enjoyed the solitude and also the ability to travel around and site see easily. I highly recommend to anyone traveling to this area.

We really enjoyed our time together at The Chalet! We are 6 friends that come from Wisconsin, Minnesota and Michigan. Fall in Bailey’s Harbor

We were up a few weeks ago and decided to return for a bit longer stay. It is a lovely peaceful spot to unwind. The amazing 60 degree days full of sunshine we’re an added treat probably not to be duplicated for a few months now.

The property was as described and located away from the busy hustle of Door County but still close enough to be convenient. This is a heavily wooded property with lots of mosquitos so you will want to pack bug spray.

Beautiful property

Our family enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice and clean. We couldn’t find a hair dryer, but other than that, everything was there that we needed. It was a short drive to most towns. The woods were beautiful but unfortunately the mosquitoes prevented us from sitting outside. We would rent the house again.

My wife and I needed to spend a week surrounded by the beauty of nature, a close bike ride or car ride from "civilization", all in a super comfortable setting. Our stay here checked all the boxes and then some. We loved our stay and already booked our next "week of relaxation" next time! An added bonus of a very responsive and generous host. Perfect location with a quiet well laid out home

We had a lovely stay. The house is in the woods more with a big wrap around deck. That meant there were some mosquitoes and not much grass but for us that was ok. The house had a lot of what you’d need like hand soap, laundry soap and all necessary kitchen utensils. It did not have any cooking oil, spray, or coffee.
