Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home but will access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for cooking your own meals, along with two dining areas and a breakfast bar. Coffee, a coffee maker, and kitchen essentials are provided. With modern appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and hot water kettle, preparing meals feels easy and familiar.

Located in the Harris Park neighborhood of Bailey, this cabin sits 8.5 miles from Highway 285 yet feels worlds away. Lakes, trails, and peaceful mountain roads are all within a short drive, offering opportunities for hiking, off-roading, and wildlife spotting. Bailey's local breweries, winery, and small-town charm are just down the highway.



Please note that open fires are strictly prohibited by the county due to wildfire risk.

This home is located at high altitude. We recommend that guests take time to acclimate at a lower elevation before arrival to ensure a comfortable stay.

Please note that there are two exterior cameras on the property. One is focused on the driveway, and the other is directed towards the hot tub and front door. These cameras are used to monitor snow accumulation and ensure proper maintenance during your stay.

While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not fully childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while on the premises.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited indoors and will incur a minimum fine of $500.
