"A fun and unique experience in Guadeloupe. We enjoyed the Creole style house with a view of the ocean and pool. We generally enjoyed the openness but, as others have said, you should bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper due to the evening noises from bugs, roosters, etc. Bug spray is helpful but the mosquito nets do a great job of keeping bugs away at night. "Beautiful villa by the sea, well-equipped and comfortable. Excellent place to just relax. It was very hot and humid during our stay (about 3C above average for January), so the plunge pool was very popular! Communication was easy via whatsapp, and we managed to understand each other despite the fact I don’t speak any French :)"

Points of concern, a fully stocked kitchen should have a chef’s knife, tongs, spatula and adult size cocktail glasses. Ice cube trays or ice would be appreciated. Opening and utilizing the safe needs to be addressed. Thanks for a wonderful vacation experience "

"Great place to stay. Philippe, the host was kind and responsive to our requsts. Even drove halfway around the island to get us coffee filters. Be sure to get a car though, as even though my wife and I did walk to and from the villa into town a couple of times, it is a steep trek! There are no taxis in Drshaies"

"It's a very wonderful house, super good cleaned, full of all the amenities you need for a short o a long stay. It's so spacious and it has very confortable sofas and beds. Bed sheets and towels are double for each room and super cleaned. We find also bathrooms super cleaned with soap and toilet paper included. There is a big terrace with a table and sofas outside to enjoy the garden. There is a parking for 2/3 cars on the street. For sure we will rent again a house with this host. She and her...

"We were lucky to stay in this beautiful home for a whole month and wake up each day to the beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea and the harbor of Deshaies. We loved the big veranda and that is where we spent most of our time. There is always a breeze in the tropics to keep you cool. The house has all the modern convieniences and the bedrooms are quiet and private. There is one shared bath for two of the rooms but the toilet is separate which helps to share. Emily and her Dad were wonderful hosts...

"La villa Sky est un superbe endroit ! Des chambres spacieuses, de beaux espaces, un espace de vie immense. Le dernier étage totalement ouvert avec une vue 360 degrés est un vrai régal ! Prendre son café le matin avec cette vue sur l’océan est reposant !La piscine est aussi grande et permet d’y être facilement sans se gêner ! Bref si vous cherchez une belle villa, propre, et très très bien équipée pour vos vacances, n’hésitez pas ! "
