"The house is suitable for all ages and located about 15 minutes from La Cinta beach and about 18 minutes from San Teodoro, where there's more to do. Lovely and very responsive hosts! They were happy to make recommendations throughout the week. Well-stocked kitchen and wonderful outdoor area. While the bedrooms are comfortable, ask for warmer if you get cold at night sleeping with AC because as they only provide sheets and thin quilts."

"Very nice house, clean and cosy. There is a wonderful view from the terrace. The village beach is just a stone throw away. It's a wonderful beach (like many in the area) but small and crowded in the high season. The communication with the landlord was excellent. Bruno is a very nice person. He was there when we arrived, explained everything about the house and was ready to guide us to find the beautiful places to visit in the area or the restaurants to go. The only negative remark is the wi-fi....

"Superb host, always readily available. Stunning property in a highly desirable area near monte petrosu, close to all the stunning beaches and san Teodoro downtown, but away from noise. Very nice breeze given the house position. Very good parking space. Fenced in and secure for kids. Beautifully landscaped and maintained garden. "The villa was just as described - the outdoor setting for eating and relaxing was amazing together with the pool and solarium which made the villa holiday fantastic. The only minor issue was the second bedroom as it is tight for space - we were 4 adults. The location was perfect and we often walked to the local pizzeria/restaurant- 5/10 minutes, Budoni and the sea are 5 minutes by car. Just a great week- thank you."

"First of all, the sorrounding views of this hotel is simply stunning. I don't know how many photos I actually took! The beach and pool area are just gorgeous. The decor of inside the hotel is also classical and elegant. The restaurant area just perfect. The staff are all so nice ane helpful. Always happy to greet you. The garden room is cute but please note it is a couple of minutes walk to reception/pool area. We were happy to walk though! The bed is definitely comfy. There is just a few minor recommendations to improve the facilities of the room. The bathroom window is open to the road but brings in dust to the bathroom, the air con unit is old and needs to be updated but works fine. There should be a soap dispenser rather than soap and also a drying rack for clothes. We were very happy with our stay though! Such a beautiful hotel! "
