We asked for soft mattress but they didn't have one. Instead they gave us a room with King size bed. But we needed two beds and asked for an extra bed. "Very friendly and efficient staff. Stunning view overlooking Lake Tana and availability of boat trips. Comfortable and clean accommodation. Only downside was that they visit to the Blue Nile and waterfall wasn't possible due to external influences. "
