We went and booked another hotel for experience but we had to return to Novotel because not many Hotel in YGN is clean. Especially we were traveling with 7 months old. "No hot water, towels are very old, and not clean , bath tub is high to climb up, toilet seat are broken totally no recommended for foreigners .I stay with my two sisters who are currently live in Myanmar, they even soooo disappointed. I’m sorry to give bad feedback, but my purpose to do this is I want them to improve. Again not worth it to spend $$$ on this hotel. ( the employees are polite and nice, not their fault, the owners is)"
