"Hotel Onomo is a lovely property! A first-class hotel, nicely appointed with a very attractive lobby that showcases Togo's culture. The restaurant had a varied menu and the food was delicious. The rooms had modern features and the outer courtyard and pool area were very inviting. The staff was very pleasant, approachable and helpful. I recommend it highly! "

"The staff"

"The staff very nice and friendly. The food served at the restaurant is okay. The bathrooms need some upgrades and cleaning. I requested a shuttle from the airport in advance but nobody came to pick me up. Internet was not working in my room so I got upgraded to another room where the Internet was working but unstable (I had hard time working remotely from my room). We had power outage multiple times. The hotel does have a generator but whenever the building switched to using the generator, my room remained without power and I had to call the staff each time to fix the issue."
