"Unbelievable service and dining. The fancy restaurant was closed for some updates but the other restaurant was unbelievably! The made something not even on the menu. The even made us a pizza and the waitress brought to the room. Spa was excellent. We were very happy! A 1st class Hotel."

"This was an EXCELLENT stay!! We had a private apartment suite. It included a full kitchen, bathroom, and 2 rooms. I didnt realize the size of it when we booked, it was just me and my husband. The staff was so friendly and guided us to the best parts of the city. 15 minute walk from the funicular. You can take the bus from the station of you prefer, 5 minute walk from the duomo.
