The holiday home is located in a quiet, rural village, in a side street very close to the village square. Castel Cellesi is part of the municipality of Bagnoreggio and is the perfect place to completely relax.
A two-minute walk away is the barbecue area, which is fenced and partially covered. It is supplied with electricity and has a water connection. There is a large table and chairs. The area can be shared with the guests of property no. 1144698. A short walk away is a private park in common ownership with other homeowners in the village. In the park there is a fantastic pool (12 x 8m) in a panoramic position. By the pool there is a private bar with a toilet, an outdoor shower and WLAN internet access. There are sun loungers and parasols in the garden. Vehicles can be parked on the street in front of the house.
The house is on two levels and is suitable for up to four people. It has been lovingly renovated and is particularly cosy thanks to the wooden ceiling beams and terracotta floors. The furnishings are very tasteful and have been complemented with some antique pieces of furniture. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen-living room (25m²) with a sofa bed for two people, a dining table with chairs for eight people, a TV with satellite reception and a usable fireplace (firewood is available free of charge in the barbecue area). The kitchenette has an oven, a gas hob, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a toaster and a kettle. There is also a shower room. On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed (180x190cm) and a walk-in wardrobe. The bedroom has a large window with a marvellous view of the Umbrian mountains and the Tiber Valley. There is another bathroom with shower on this level. A WLAN internet connection is available throughout the house. The bedroom is air-conditioned. The house has a heating system for holidays in the cooler months. At the back of the house there is a laundry room with a washing machine and ironing equipment, which can be used free of charge together with the guests of the other two flats, which belong to the same owners.
Castel Cellesi is connected by a pedestrian path to Civita di Bagnoreggio, a world-famous ancient town on a cliff of volcanic rock. Near Castel Cellesi there are numerous interesting places of artistic and historical interest, such as Orvieto (28 km), Viterbo (28 km.), Lake Bolsena, the town of Bolsena, Montefiascone, Tuscania, Tarquinia, the "Terme dei papi" spa in Viterbo, etc. The nearest grocery store is 100 metres away, the nearest restaurant and other shopping facilities in Bagnoreggio, 9 km away. Assisi, Todi, Siena, Florence and Rome are also within easy reach by car. Tuscany is also famous for its cuisine and wine.
