Large villa with private heated pool

Bagnols-en-forĂȘt is a typically Provencal village ideally located for exploring the hilltop villages of the Fayence country, for hikes in the surrounding forests or for simply relaxing on the seaside beaches.
The villa is located near the quiet village on a wooded and closed plot of 2500 m2 with heated swimming pool from the beginning of April to the end of September (5 X 10 m + paddling pool). It is very spacious (170 m2) and has 2 levels making it ideal for 2 families, each benefiting from their respective neighborhood.
The ground floor includes bedrooms 1 and 2, the room "bedroom 3" containing the sofa bed and an independent WC. Bedroom 1 has a dressing room and bathroom 1. The first floor includes bedrooms 4 and 5 as well as the 2nd bathroom. Bedrooms 1, 4 and 5 have air conditioning. Petanque enthusiasts can also indulge in their favorite sport.

Amazing villa amazing view

Amazing villa, amazing view and fantastic location. Best rental we have had in this part of France. Excellent communication with the owners and local point of contact. Air conditioned bedrooms were welcome due to the temperature on our arrival. The villa was well equipped and beautiful inside. Lovely village with a few restaurants and supermarket. Truly amazing house with what can only be described as the best view in the world.

sehr schönes Haus, die Sauberkeit der KĂŒche und der SanitĂ€rbereiche ließ bei Übergabe allerdings zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Da fragt man sich, wofĂŒr eine EndreinigungsgebĂŒhr fĂ€llig wird. Der Außenbereich mit Pool ist allerdings hervorragend.

Urlaub in Frankreich

Das Objekt war genau wie beschrieben. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, da es nichts auszusetzen gibt. Ein Pool in einer ordentlichen GrĂ¶ĂŸe lĂ€dt jederzeit zum schwimmen ein. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und lĂ€dt zum völligen entspannen ein. Man kann nur sagen "ein perfekter Urlaub"!!!

Die Außenanlage mit großem Pool, Terrasse und Garten ist unglaublich schön und sauber. die neue AußenkĂŒche und Dusche - sehr geschmackvoll und modern. Eine tolle Lage mit Ausblick in die Natur.Gute Ausgangslage zum Mountainbiken ( Garage fĂŒr die FahrrĂ€der - perfekt). Das Haus hat eine gute Einteilung der RĂ€ume fĂŒr 2 Familien. Tipp an das Reinigungspersonal : Etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit sollte der Sauberkeit an manchen Stellen in der KĂŒche und in den sanitĂ€ren RĂ€umen geschenkt werden, das wĂŒrde den Gesamteindruck aufwerten und das hĂ€tte das Haus auch verdient. DafĂŒr hĂ€tten wir gerne eine höhere GebĂŒhr bezahlt. Insgesamt hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit und können das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Vielen Dank dass wir da sein durften.

Lovely home and great service

This house is lovely, it’s spacious and has a fantastic outdoor area with a large swimming pool. The property manager is lovely and very helpful with quick response times. We really enjoyed our stay. Please note that, there is a cleaning fee that needs to be paid in cash at the end of your stay and towels are not provided.

GroßzĂŒgiges Ferienhaus, in dem es an nichts fehlt! Mit seinen getrennten Schlafbereichen und BĂ€dern ideal fĂŒr 2 Paare oder Familien. Gepflegter Außenbereich mit großem Pool, schöner Boulebahn und weitlĂ€ufigem Spielbereich fĂŒr Kinder mit SpielgerĂ€ten. Phantastischer Weitblick, der sich mit dem Sonnenverlauf immer wieder neu darbietet. Die freundliche Verwalterin Sophie war zuverlĂ€ssig erreichbar. Danke fĂŒr zwei erholsame Urlaubswochen zwischen Meer und Pays de Fayence!

Gerne wieder!

Wir waren im August mit 4 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern zu Besuch. Top Aussicht, super Außenanlage (Pool, riesige Terrasse, Boule-Platz), saubere Schlafzimmer (3/4 sind klimatisiert), sehr gut sortierte KĂŒche inkl. Induktionsherd. Outdoor steht ein gut gepflegter Plancha-Grill bereit. Man ist auf das Auto angewiesen, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. 5 Minuten zum BĂ€cker und zum nĂ€chsten Supermarkt, ca 30-35 Minuten zum Strand. Absolut netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern und der Kontaktperson vor Ort. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Traumhafte Lage, riesiges Haus mit toller Außenanlage

Schöner kann ein Haus nicht liegen. Riesiges GrundstĂŒck, toller Pool und Terrasse. Aufs Auto ist man definitiv angewiesen, dafĂŒr liegt das Haus wunderschön ruhig außerhalb. Alles vorhanden was man braucht, SchlafrĂ€ume klimatisiert, draußen mit tollem Grill, Parkplatz, abgeschlossenes GrundstĂŒck. Sehr zu empfehlen. . 30 Minuten zum Meer, wunderschöne Landschaft. Unkomplizierte Übergabe mit Kontaktperson, Abreise sogar frĂŒhmorgens möglich.

Familienurlaub

Eine wunderschöne Aussicht, die den Aufenthalt zu einem großartigen Urlaub gemacht hat. Der beheizte Pool hat es uns möglich gemacht im April die sonnigen Tage zum Baden zu nutzen. Es gab genĂŒgend Platz fĂŒr die ganze Familie. Wir konnten von dort aus tolle AusflĂŒge machen, z.B St. Paul , Antibes, St. Raphael. Leider konnten wir den Trockner nicht nutzen, der in der Beschreibung der Ausstattung aufgelistet ist sowie der Whirpool konnte nicht genutzt werden, da die betreuende Person der Villa nicht mitteilen konnte, wie dieser zu aktivieren ist. Dennoch immer wieder gerne.

Richtig toller Urlaub!

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Etwas Abgeschiedene Lage, dafĂŒr mitten in der Natur, traumhafter Panoramablick und ein wirklich tolles Haus mit großem GrundstĂŒck. Die KĂŒche hatte alles was man braucht und unsere Kinder waren jeden Tag im Pool. Wir wĂŒrden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
