The pool area was lovely. There wasnt really anything in the village but the nearest town was only 10 or so minutes away. There was a supermarket and petrol station and a market. "We had a wonderful week in the gite. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We were looking for a relaxing week away to unwind and could not have picked a better place. The weather was warm enough for us to use the pool a few times which was clean and welcoming. We used the garden/patio area everyday which was also clean, tidy and comfortable. We will definitely look to stay here again."

"We can't thank Sarah and Blake enough for a fantastic week at their Gite in Melle. They couldn't do enough to make our stay wonderful, from gifting us some English teabags, heating up our private hot tub, recommending some local food places that delivered, and allowing the kids a quick dip in the pool when we arrived past pool hours! "After initially staying for 10 days we then went to the Dordogne for a week. I wish we’d have stayed here the whole time! Still you live and learn. The gite is very clean, well equipped with a lovely modern bathroom and kitchen with plenty of space to park your car.
