"The staff only works half days, which makes it difficult for them to be of much assistance to guests. Also, bad elevator, but at least there was an elevator! The front gate was hard to get into. Some of the facilities access buttons were broken and trying to figure everything out was sometimes difficult. But once we got it all figured out (when it was time to leave) it was good!"

"This is a great, family run boutique hotel in an excellent location. This hotel is located on a floor in an old (to us) building that has been completely updated to modern but still very Italian standards. Don’t let the appearance of the exterior gates and lift fool you, don’t judge a book by its cover. The rooms are extremely clean, the desk staff and housekeeping staff were very helpful.
