Located just below the Medran lift station, the apartment is on the third floor offering stunning mountain views. The master double bedroom comes with an en-suite shower room. There are two additional bedrooms: one that can be configured as a twin or double and a bunk room. These two rooms share a family bathroom and a separate toilet.

The open-plan living and dining area extends onto a south-facing balcony, providing panoramic mountain views.

The property includes garage parking for one car and access to a communal laundry on the ground floor.
