"We had a 'basic' double toom here on an upper floor, which was enormous! Other superior rooms have couches etc as well, but we had plenty of room for our needs. Big tick to getting 2 luggage racks! "Good location - we could walk almost everywhere. Check in was great. People very polite and helpful. My mom had trouble walking right before we left for Italy and needed a wheelchair. There was only one place that had one locally but the place only spoke Italian and we didn’t. So Miguel called for us - arranged transportation for us to pick it up and he was personally going to try to return it for us if needed because we were on a cruise! He went above and beyond with his hospitality! It was a great stay!"
