"Spa is very tired, there’s a spa pool with various sections that once did something but most of it is not working now, and there are loose tiles and broken switches. Access was included in our room rate but I wouldn’t pay extra if it wasn’t. Staff, including spa as well as reception, pool bar and restaurant are all super helpful and knowledgeable and we love the location, close to Terme Tettuccio as well as the town but far enough away to be peaceful. Hotel is clean, tidy and smells lovely"

"Enjoyed my stay here. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the staff was courteous. Complimentary tea and coffee were offered and the room was clean and comfortable. Very close to bus stops and an 8 minute walk to the tram."

"Easy check in with keyless entry to building and room. Despite other reviews, it’s easy and they send you a link with easy to follow instructions. Also we we created by staff after we opened the doors who explained amenities. Bar and small bistro. He also scheduled airport transfer for us for 15 euro fo family of four and 8 bags! Room was tidy, clean and well kept."
