"I asked about the bus I have booked going from Bagan to Mandalay on one day. Then the next day when I checked out the hotel, staff asked me for the bus ticket and said they would call the driver for me. They just remembered I have asked about it the previous day and offered help themselves. They are just so helpful and attentive to details. And the girl walked me to the bus and horse cart. "

"Beautiful architecture, gardens, pool & spa. Owner and his wife were very friendly and inviting to local activities like festivals and holiday celebrations. Staff was very helpful especial manager Myo and ​Naing Tun (also our mini car driver). With all there help anyone will have a great first time excursion into Myanmar's Bagan, Old Bagan and sourounding areas like Mount Papa. If you come here the only thing you will have left to do is ENJOY!!!😄😄😄😄😄"

"Room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is also have a lot of variety to choose and taste good. Staff are extremely friendly. The hotel serves dinner at its restaurant and food was delicious. Overall, we are very happy with this hotel."

"The staff could not care less of its customers. I had booked a room with pool view, however at check in I was given a room with no windows and reception/management made no efforts to try and change it. I tried to contact management and they replied the room I was given was fine ( please note the only opening was towards the corridor). They did not even tried to apologise. Already the fact that they have rooms with no windows is an alarm bell (however these are not advertised). Staff was...
