"It was a wonderful experience we stayed in OZO . The bed is super comfy and we have a really good sleep . The stuff was super nice and super helpful . And love the parking system with lift . We don’t have to drive all the way up to the multilevel parking . Simply drive your car into the lift and it will bring you to the parking lot . It was an easy and quick parking system . Well done 👍 Dont worry the Ozo stuff will be there to assist you . Would love to come back again 👍😍 From. Jim & Jasica"

"We stayed here for 3 nights and it was amazing the staff were extremely pleasant. The rooms were clean and Momin left us something special every day after a clean. He made sure we got anything we needed. The two bartenders In the main hall were extremely friendly and provided us with great service. We can wait to come back again in a couple of years!"

"This was a beautiful hotel and the bedroom was spotless - as were all the communal areas. The Glasshouse was a lovely place to eat and drink and the staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. There are roadworks around the property right now but this is not really an issue once you’re inside so don’t let this put you off."

"Good location but with limited parking spaces available. Very near to the Cecil street market. Room's hangers have to be changed, the plastic clip is not holding the hanger anymore! Tried the black coffee at lobby, it's complimentary but would be better to get local coffee from food market or nearby Altertaste cafe!"
