"The sheets were dirty upon arrival. It had what looks like foundation stains. I also got the package with breakfast, the hotel did not have the cafe open during breakfast hours so I could not even get any breakfast that was included in my stay. If there was no breakfast available it should mention no breakfast. Very misleading "

"Great room but it was mile from the elevator. If I stayed again I’d request a room much closer. Also, had a problem with door lock that took quite awhile to fix. We were locked out in the interim. Beautiful hotel and grounds. Nice casino but I wish they would go smoke free."

"Mark the host runs a tremendous property. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The pool and hot tub were excellent. Quiet neighborhood for relaxing in the back yard area."

"The staff were upbeat and very nice in all of our contacts. Our room was clean and well appointed. It could use some upgrades and the couch was a little worn. There is a 80s-90s feel about it. There is a lot of upgrading taking place throughout the resort and it will soon have a refreshed feel. We would certainly stay here again."

"Queen bed when I reserved a King. Given handicapped room at end of hall. A/C was very loud and you could not use at night. There were bright lights shiining in room and black out shades were inadequate. Sleep was not good. "

"Poor communication prior to stay, several broken items in and around the home. We had to clean the pool and hot tub before we could use them but there wasn't even a skimmer there. There was popped floaties and cushions and a lot of debris in the pool. It's very deceiving about heating the pool and hot tub. The have to be heated with an app that you have to download on your phone and then your phone has to stay connected to them in order for them to heat. So you couldn't even go out for the day and then come home to a heated pool or hot tub. Very inconvenient. There's no welcome book or instructions for which one of the 3 or 4 thermostats works, washer/dryer, anything or how they work in the house or with recommendations or anything. No extra blankets. The cleaning wasn't very good. We got the impression this is probably used as a party house more than anything and it probably serves that purpose well enough."
