"They gave us two keys. One never worked. No big deal. However they got us a foldable bed that was completely defective. I had to repair it myself to prevent my kid to fall from it. Whoever installed it could not have overlooked that it was unusable."

"This hotel is so convenient from the TGV train and airport…we loved it! The only issue was that we were coordinating an Uber pickup and this hotel has no ground level entry…quick fix…take the stairs (to the left & outside the lobby) to an exterior walkway to the hotel across the way for your pickup! ..."
