La Lande Trevas - Petite Maison de charme

Cocoonr offers you this cosy 76 m² cottage for rent, which can accommodate up to 5 travelers. Ideally located in Baden, 2 km from the Gulf of Morbihan and the coastal paths, it will charm you for your family stay by the sea. It features a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:

- Living room with bright and inviting sitting area with TV
- Fully-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle...
- Bathroom with walk-in shower including laundry area (tumble dryer and washing machine) and WC.

First floor:
- A spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200),
- A second bedroom with 2 single beds
- A third bedroom with a single bed and 1 small desk.

Outside:
- A lovely shady garden with outdoor shower, table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Baden, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities:
- Discover our historical heritage
- Walks or bike rides to discover Irus Island off Bois Bas, the islands of Renaud, Grand Vézy, Petit Vézy and the seven islands. Some of these, including the seven islands, are accessible on foot at low tide.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the accommodation.

Nearest train station: Auray train station ( 20 minutes)

Les photos de l'annonce sont très bien faites pour donner plus d'espace et faire croire que la maison est indépendante mais en fait elle est attaché à une autre maison. Malheureusement pour nous, ils étaient en train de faire de travaux de menuiserie donc beaucoup de bruit. Aussi, ils ont laissé que deux rouleaux de PQ pour 4 adultes pendant 6 jours ! Deux tablettes de lave-vaisselle et 5 capsules de café. Sinon, le coin est magnifique et l'attention de Cocoonr était très bonne. Merci."

LA LANDE TREVRAS "Das Haus ist schön, der Garten ebenso. Allerdings sind die Nachbarn auf einer Seite sehr nah ohne Sichtschutz. Terrasse wirkt unfertig, v.a. die zur Straße hin. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein und die Betten jeweils nur 70 cm. Wir haben uns dennoch schließlich wohlgefühlt. Für drei Personen ideal, wir waren zu viert. Garten schön und ruhig, wenn die Baustelle beendet ist."

A savoir que les voisins ont une vue plus que proche lorsque nous sommes dans le jardin en train de manger. peut être qu un cache vue serait le bienvenu sur le muret en pierre pour se sentir complètement chez nous. je conseille ce logement avec cette modification."

Une chouette maison… de location

Si vous cherchez un échange avec votre hôte, passez votre chemin. Cette maison est une maison de location, gérée par une agence immobilière. Si vous avez un souci et que vous essayez de les joindre, vous aurez donc droit à un serveur vocal… et lorsque vous demandez à être rappelée pour discuter dudit souci, vous recevrez un mail, car c’est la procédure ! Ce n’est pas tout à fait ce que nous attendions d’une maison abritel. Si au moins on avait eu tous les avantages d’une maison de location (nous avions demandé une chaise haute pour notre bébé, mais il n’y en avait pas de disponible et si par bonheur il y en avait eu une, il fallait payer 1 supplément !). Par ailleurs l’agence nous a prévenus 2 semaines avant que les voisins d’à côté faisaient de gros travaux (tractopelle, bétonnière…). On nous a proposé d’annuler sans frais (à 15j du séjour, en pleines vacances de Pâques parisiennes… comme s’il s’était simple pour nous de trouver autre chose! Peut-être était-ce une blague) ou d’avoir 15% de réduction sur une partie du prix. C’est à ce moment que nous aurions aimé pouvoir parler à un humain de vive voix! Mais au delà de ça, la maison est très agréable, très bien équipée, le jardin sauvage magnifique (nous avons pu y voir un chevreuil!) et les environs vraiment super, très nature, avec plein de choses magnifiques à faire à 10 mn de voiture. Île aux moines, Gavrinis, port du Bono, balade à vélo…
