"Great hotel, close to everything and with parking. A few too many stairs, but honestly a great hotel. Staff was great and super helpful."

"Enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Ratz! Air conditioned room was very comfortable and the staff was very professional and nice. You order what you would like for the included breakfast from a form when you check in and select a breakfast time. It is all prepared accordingly when you come to the dining area at the specified time in an efficient manner for your days activities! Would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent breakfast and evening meals. Lovely rooms, views and staff. Only small negatives are no lift, tea and coffee not available in rooms and pathway to hotel entrance difficult to wheel suitcases. Wouldn't let any of those things stop us staying again, it was lovely. "

"The staff was very polite and the distance into town is honestly, a 10 minute, easy walk. The breakfast buffet was fine. However, the room's carpet and towels were tired, although the bed was good."

"Room was clean, staff was friendly and parking was good. We had a nice large room"

"Nice place away from the hustle and crowds of the city. Close to delightful walked to see waterfalls and nature."
