Our house (built in 1939) has been completely rebuilt, newly furnished and is rented since the beginning of 2018.

The building offers three bright, friendly holiday apartments with daylight bathroom. On the ground floor and upper floor are each a 3-room apartment with 60 m², in the attic a small 2-room apartment with 23 m² living space.

The property is located in a restricted traffic area, in an old residential area with lots of greenery, large plots and in close proximity to the historic old town.


We, the landlords live only 100 meters away.

The tourist tax in the amount of 2.30 Eur (per night / person over 16 years) is charged on the spot!

Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden, die Wohnung liegt schön ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Man kann damit die Innenstadt aber auch über die gute Anbindung an BUS und Bahn die nähere Umgebung gut erkunden. Wir haben es genutzt um auch in den nahem Weinbergen zu wandern. Ein schöner Aufenthalt in Familie.

Sehr gute Lage, kurzen Spazierweg in die romantische Innenstadt. Sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch aufgeteilt mitden 2 Schalfzimmern für Leute die mal für sich alleine sein wollen. Hübsches Wohnzimmer mit Küche, mit allem eingerichtet die man braucht. Einrichtung alles neu, sehr gepflegt. Mit Balkon. Sehr freundlicher Hausherr. Gerne mal wieder.

Wir haben wundervolle Tage verlebt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Vor allem Ruhe, obwohl ganz dicht am Zentrum. Ganz liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Ferienwohnung ist groß und hell. Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir konnten auch den Grill des Vermieters benutzen, eine Tischtennisplatte stellte er freundlicherweise auch auf und für kleine Kinder steht ein Sandkasten, eine Schaukel, eine kleine Rutsche sowie ein Schaukelelefant und Spielzeug zur Verfügung. Der Gastgeber ist sehr kinderfreundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend! Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Modern eingerichtet und ist mit allem ausgerüstet was man benötigt. WLAN hervorragend. Zur nächsten Wirtschaft 10 min Laufzeit. Vermieter ist im Umgang zuvorkommend und unkompliziert.

We had the most amazing time at Herman's apartment in Bad Windsheim. The location is a short walk to the adorable village with plenty of shops and restaurants. The host was simply the best host ever. He treated us like we were at a 5 star hotel with fresh towel, sheets, and information about the area, The pictures do not do the apartment justice. It is very roomy, beautiful updates, and extremely clean. We fell in love with Bad Windsheim. It is centrally located to so much that southern Germany has to offer. Only 25km from the Romantic Road.
