Insektenschutz am SZ-Fenster. An allen Fenstern Außenjalousien. Schöner Balkon. Ruhig. Der Fewo fehlt es allerdings an Gemütlichkeit. Zwischen Strasse und Bahnlinie hat man morgens ab 5:30 mit starkem Berufsverkehr zu tun und hinter dem Haus verläuft sehr nah eine Bahnlinie, auf der durchschnittlich alle ½ Stunde ein Nahverkehrszug fährt. Beides ist trotz Lärmschutzfenster deutlich zu hören und kann einem schon den Schlaf rauben. Die Inneneinrichtung ist stark ausbaufähig und bei einer Belegung mit 6 Personen müsse 2 auf Feldbetten schlafen, was nicht sehr bequem ist. Auch...
