"The apartment was modern and clean with a washer and dryer. We were able to park right outside. The stairs were straight up so pack light! Or smaller bags. I would say the only drawback was the modern drawers in the kitchen that constantly popped open. If you’re not planning on cooking it’s not a problem. We cooked Christmas Dinner with great success. It was a very quiet stay. "

"Great stay for anyone looking to stay in Bad Tolz or the surrounding area. Onsite parking which is really helpful, room was spotless and spacious. Breakfast has alot of options and good quality, I will returning when im next visiting. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Ferienwohnung Arlet very much. The two bedroom apartment was spacious, bright, clean and quiet. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped. The bathroom had a large shower and a separate bathtub. We especially enjoyed the shower with it's great flow of hot water. We chose this apartment due to its proximity to the Gaissach train stop. This stop was only a two minute walk from the apartment. We took the train into Munchen on two different days to attend Oktoberfest. A bank (Raiffeisen Bank im Oberland) with an ATM was within walking distance as well. This apartment is a great location if you are planning to visit Munchen, Bad Tolz, the Tegernsee or Mittenwald. "This hotel would have been a grand experience a few years ago -- she is a little tired now but still lovely. Not realising that the hotel is in one building and reception and breakfast was in another was a bit confusing - but we had the help of some other guests to help us find it!"
