"The digital check in process does not let you check in until exactly 3 pm. The room is assigned automatically, but it does not mean it is ready for you. If you arrived earlier, there is no place to leave your suitcases until you get access to the room. When we finally get into the room, it was not cleaned after previous tenants. "Clean, comfortable and modern, central location with easy access to everywhere you want to go by foot or public transportation. Living area in the executive suite was smaller than expected. Check-in was not smooth; same thing people have complained about - the digital key via the app didn't work; inconvenient when you're tired after a long trip. They did respond quickly and sent someone to give us the physical keys. The digital key worked the next day."

Heating system was broken in both rooms, so it was blasting hot air. When we spoke to the staff member, they said they'd fix it same day.
