The fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, open dining area, and spacious living room with TV ensure comfort. Amenities include Wi-Fi, two private TVs, video-on-demand, your own washing machine, heating in all rooms, and a workspace.



Relax on your private balcony and enjoy the wide view and fresh air. The approx. 3,400 m² park-like garden offers plenty of shady and sunny spots to lounge or sit. A whirlpool with massage jets, several seats and loungers, and year-round heating is a special highlight. The beautifully located pool, surrounded by greenery, invites you to linger (in spring, summer, and autumn, it warms up naturally thanks to its cover). Use of the whirlpool and pool is by arrangement with the host. A picturesque spot by the pond with water lilies is also available (not for swimming).



A physical therapy practice on the property allows you to book treatments such as massages, foot care, or cosmetic treatments for an extra charge. Depending on the season, you can enjoy a wide selection of organic fruit from the garden.
