"We were so pleased and overwhelmed with the way this hotel trip went. It is located within a mountain village and the pleasant chime of church bells between 7am to 12pm add an atmosphere of serenity. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and answered all my questions, knew the local places to visit, assisted in any problems and knew the history of the place. "This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Baden-Baden. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and made for a relaxing stay. The surrounding area is full of amenities, and dining at The Grill by the casino—just steps away—was a highlight. Breakfast at the hotel was also delicious and well-presented. The only downside was that many local businesses were closed on Sunday and Monday, which limited some exploration. Still, overall, a wonderful experience."
