"This hotel has so much potential unfortunately it wasn’t to the normal standard that a three star German hotel is. The restaurant was open from 6 pm till 8 pm for dinner if you arrive at 7:45 pm it’s too late and that is ridiculous as for breakfasts The cheeses and hams and eggs weren’t replenished so choice was greatly limited. "Mooie en rustige locatie. Prima uitvalsbasis naar bijvoorbeeld de Externsteine of het Hermannsdenkmal of één de vele pittoreske dorpjes Appartementen zijn ruim en schoon, beheerders zijn erg vriendelijk en toegankelijk. Kom hier graag nog een keer terug. "

"I did enjoy my stay here, nice quite hotel. I did book a queen room unfortunately they gave me a twin room?! Didn't complain tho as I arrived late and was too tired. There is not alot around the hotel so if you need anything such as drink, snacks, toiletries I would recommend getting them before you go. Overall though this is a nice wee hotel in the countryside 😊"

"Very dissapointing. We stayed in August and on our arrival the hotel was closed. There was no one on the grounds, i tamg several times and no one was picking up. Finally, i saw someone walking with bed sheets and asked if this person was working in this hotel and they confirmed. It turned out it is a receptionist. When i explained that we're trying to get in for the last 45min and i have a meeting in 5min I would like to log in into and need a wifi password (the password wasn't given to us...

"Die von uns gebuchte Reise konnte aufgrund eines noch immer anhaltenden Krankenhausaufenthaltes nicht angetreten werden. Das Hotel verweigerte eine Gutscheinausgabe bzw. die Stornierung. Auch Expedia wurde gnadenlos abgewiesen. Eine derartige Kundendienstpolitik stellt für uns eine Unverfrorenheit dar. "
