"The front door had a giant crack in the glass- which left us with a fear of our safety. This is a storefront that has been “converted” into a rental. The second “bedroom” was in the living room and in fact the beds were set up in what used to be a shop windows- my daughter didn’t feel safe. In addition a terrible smell emanated from the bathroom and there were no windows to open. Just awful. "The host and her staff were eager to please! Very personable and available to answer questions. If you truly want a taste of Bad Urach’s marketplace area and be able to walk to great restaurants, cafes, gelato, etc, there is no better place to stay! Very clean, excellent shower, and newly redone. We stayed in May, hiked during the mornings, and then relaxed in the afternoon/evenings in this gem of a town. Five stars! "
