Unfortunately there were many items that were not cleaned in the property and this was not pleasant. There were no batteries in the tv remote and after buying and replacing them the tv was found to be faulty. A replacement tv arrived 3 days later. The property is advertised as being air-conditioned but this turns out to be a mobile...

"Bestätigte und bezahlte Buchung war dem Vermieter gar nicht bekannt. Äusserst mangelhafte bzw nahezu verhöhnende Hotline-Unterstützung per chat. Musste mir selbst helfen, glücklicherweise haben meine Bank bzw Paypsl die Abbuchung zurückgeholt. Haarsträubend mannhelhafter Service - unbedingt Finger von diesem Portal weglassen!"

Not only the trains noise but also the appartment door has a glass and the light gets in each time one of the residents get to the hall way which woke me up frequently. Also no sound proof on windows or walls. But it is very well equipped and very modern and clean "

Everything I needed for our short stay was included. Staff is very professional, and instructions to access the apartment are very clear. We walked back to the hotel from the Main Square at night and it felt safe to do so. "
