Beautifully area Hotel staff pretty unhelpful and not very professional (ie you do NOT announce the room number of a single traveling women out loud while check in - just a safety thing). Plus they seemed annoyed when asking questions about stuff for hotel or surrounding. Love the area!!

The hotel has the most beautiful location surrounded by mountains/hills. It's and old palace built by a king to be near the springs and the spa. There's lots of atmosphere and grandeur about the hotel and the setting. Great spa facilities and fitness too. We were not too keen on the kitchen/buffet. When we arrived around 20, we were offered dinner from the buffet, but the food was not very inspiring, and there were lots of flies sitting on the food. Not very appetizing. Breakfast from the same buffet was lots of bread and cake, but not very healthy. Overall, we had a wonderful one-night stay and would recommend the hotel highly.

sehr schönes Ambiente in einer Mischung aus Alt und Neu leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet schöner Spa Bereich auf Zimmerreinigung kann verzichtet werden zugunsten eines Getränkegutscheins - endlich wird Umweltschutz auch gelebt und die ständige Handtuchwäsche reduziert Restaurant mittelmäßig, kleine Auswahl

Schön öfters dort gewesen in den letzten Jahren und genieße immer eine kleine Auszeit dort. Ruhig gelegen, schöner Spa- und Fitnessbereich und tolles Frühstück. Die Zimmer haben eine angenehme Größe. Was will man mehr.

Es war einfach nur sehr enttäuschend, in der Dusche haben sich bei Ankunft Haare finden lassen. Was schon sehr unappetitlich ist, allgemein sah das Zimmer bei Ankunft eher frisch benutzt als frisch geputzt aus. Auch wurde um 10Uhr schon an unsere Tür geklopft, obwohl der check-out erst für 12:00 angesehen war. Im Fahrstuhl hängt ein Schild: Frühstück von 10:30-11:00, allerdings wurden wir im Frühstückssaal um (10:20) schon böse angeschaut und uns mitgeteilt das diese Zeiten ja wohl nur für das Wochenende gelten. Schließlich haben wir uns durch das abräumen der Tische sehr unwillkommen und belästigt gefühlt. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen!

Dritter Aufenthalt nach 2019. Viel verändert hat sich nicht. Alles sehr gepflegt einschl. SPA. Abendbüffet wurde als „Küchenparty“ verkauft. War Büffet in der Küche mit Musik und Illumination. Für ca. 50 EUR und zehn „Gänge“ vollkommen ok.

Smukt hotel. Højt til loftet. Rummeligt værelse. Ro. Kan ikke høre de andre gæster på værelset. Let adgang og parkering. Poolen er for kold til en lille på 2 år. Aftensmad hovedsagelig fisk. Morgenmad ok.

Das Zimmer (Zimmer Nr. 308) war leider viel zu klein und durch das zurückgezogene Fenster viel zu dunkel. Wirkte eher wie ein Einzelzimmer, es war auch nur ein Stuhl vorhanden. Die Saunen an sich waren gut bis sehr gut. Der Ruheraum war viel zu klein, nur 18 Liegeplätze. Die SPA-Regeln wurden kaum eingehalten und leider auch nicht kontrolliert. Wir hatten junge Mädels im Bikini im textilfreien Bereich in der Sauna. Ebenso waren viele im Ruheraum des Textilfreien Bereichs mit Ihrem Handy beschäftigt. Liegengelassene Handys in dem Ruheraum klingelten, wenn der Besitzer in der Sauna war. Liegen wurden entgegen der Regeln stundenlang reserviert. Hier sind Kontrollen notwendig. Sehr positiv war das freundlichen Service-Personal im Restaurant und die Küchen-Disco . Zum Frühstück hätte ich mir richtige, große Brötchen gewünscht, ansonsten lies das essen keine Wünsche offen. Ich werde trotzdem nicht wiederkommen.
