Hab mich wohlgefühlt, da kein Doppelbett, sondern Einzelbett mit Wandbett. Musste nicht um ein Doppelbett herumlaufen. Mein TV war ein SmartTV. Das gefiel mir auch. Hab ich noch nirgendwo bei höheren Ü-Preisen gehabt. DeBalkon war mit Stühlen

Meine Frau und ich haben diese Ferienwohnung für einen Kurztrip nach Bad Birnbach (4 Nächte) gebucht und waren rundum sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, ist sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Hilbert lief einwandfrei und sie war stets sehr freundlich. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Es lief von Anfang an sehr gut. Unsere Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat immer ganz schnell geantwortet. Die Lage der Wohnung war prima und zum spazieren oder wandern perfekt. War ursprünglich im kleinen Erholungsort Bad Birnbach, um eine günstige Anbindung zu meinem Bruder zu haben. Aber der Ort ist magisch und sehr heilsam, genau wie die Natur die um ihn herum liegt. Meine Unterkunft war auf das nötigste beschränkt und dennoch hatte ich die Möglichkeit mich auszubreiten. Es waren schöne 3 Tage.

Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Der Ort Bad Birnbach ist genau richtig zum Ausspannen. Die Therme ist besonders Abends mit der Beleuchtung schön. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage in Bad Birnbach

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Für Tagesausflüge nach Salzburg oder Passau bestens geeignet. Auch das Thermalbad im Ort hat uns gut gefallen obwohl es doch schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Betten waren gemütlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Wohnung angenehm eingerichtet. Therme zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Habe aber auch ein Fahrrad von Vermieterin geliehen bekommen. Kontakt unproblematisch. Nachbarn ruhig. Habe mich dort wohlgefühlt.

Der Check-in hat hervorragend geklappt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Es gibt auch einen reservierten Parkplatz. Auch mein Hund wurde mit Leckerchen begrüßt. Die Nachbarn in der gepflegten Wohnanlage sind sehr freundlich. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Eine schönere Fewo kann man sich nicht wünschen. Alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Komplett eingerichtete Küche mit ausreichend Geschirr, Spülmaschine, alles ordentlich und sauber, modernes Bad. Wohn-und Schlafraum mit guten Betten, Essecke, zwei Sesseln und Couchtisch. genügend Stauraum in den vorhandenen Schränken. großer moderner Fernseher sowie Spiele und Deko runden die sehr gute Einrichtung ab. Kostenfreier Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Im Sommer kann man sicher einen gemütlichen Abend auf dem Balkon verbringen, Stühle mit Auflagen und Balkontisch vorhanden. Ins Zentrum 5 Minuten Gehzeit, zur Therme gemütlich in 20 Minuten. Danke an die sehr nette Gastgeberin, die alle Wünsche erfüllte.
