It is walkable to the station and an easy walk to the city centre although there are trams available nearby too. We loved the honesty bar approach when reception was unstaffed and there are some great food options nearby. Sokrates around the corner is exceptional. "

"Shabby chic hotel, which kind of fits into the environment. This was the second time we stayed here as it’s a perfect overnight stop for us. Yes it needs updating, bathroom decor late 70s, early 80s but all in all, good value for money. Hotel is in a great location for walking, cycling and hiking."

"Good reasonably central location for Karlsruhe. Convenient underground parking. Trams run directly past hotel entrance and can be a bit noisy at night/ early morning as they pass, but this is to be expected in the location. Rooms and bathrooms clean and comfortable."
