"The best selling point is the staff - very respectful, attentive and will provide service above and beyond. Room - provided with daily cleaning but I had mites bite and ended up seeing a dermatologist for treatment. Wifi was the biggest problem - no access the entire stay and I was told that there are too many users that slows down the service- this has to be improved especially there are frequent conferences and events held in the hotel. Loud noise - the room is not soundproofed, I heard people talking along the hallway and even those in their respective rooms. The street noise can be heard , Events were done in an open space on the second floor, so loud it can be heard in the room Breakfast - food is good but heavy on Filipino dishes, need options like cereal, pancakes or doughnuts."

"Rooms are small but clean and with good aircon. Good that there is an airport shuttle, and that it’s also really close to the ferry terminal. Very noisy though if you’re on the end, it’s like there isn’t a window in, and you can hear everything outside so clearly. Didn’t realise there was a communal kitchen / pantry on each floor, would be good to explain this at check in as I was disappointed not to have a fridge. "
