"We have stayed at Ave Suites a few times and this time was the best. We got a room with a king size bed and the room appeared to have been remodeled. They have a nice restaurant, pool and spa at a reasonable price. The only knock is the lack of parking and the road noise from Lacson Street traffic."

It's not very expensive and if you're after for basic amenities such as airconditioned rooms and wi-fi, this is a place for you. We feel safe being here. "From the moment that we arrived there was no assistance with baggage and waited 20 minutes for front desk staff to check is in. This was a clear sign of what was to come but, oh it gets better. Reserving the family suite was disappointing as well. 2 single mattresses put together to make a queen bed is actually smaller than a double bed and extra mattresses were P800 each. The bathroom was small and no hot water is available. In the description it states there's a restaurant on site...
