"I stayed here last week for 1 night and it was amazing from start to finish. I received suck a personal and friendly welcome from Noel on the security gate, then received a lovely tour, prosecco in hand, from Mark. All the team members where lovely but I forgot to ask their names. I stayed in room 138 and I have to come back, the bed was so comfy ( where are the pillows from??) and the hot tub with that view.....heaven. I had room service which was yummy, a cocktail in the bar, used the spa and then the brekkie in the morning was yum. I cannot wait to come back, thank you all so much x"

"The hotel was in a superb location with the ferry and steam train nearby to enable us to explore the lakes. The hotel was spotless and the staff extremely friendly. The food was top notch and service fantastic! They have got the ambience of the hotel off to a tee. Lovely subtle background music and warm inviting features and decor. The spa was the icing on the cake. Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in. "

"Central location, short walk from the railway station, to the shops and cafes. Beautiful decor, large bright rooms. Loved the wide corridors to the rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. 😁"
