"I’m 80 years old and went to Omaha for the baseball big 10 championship… The hotel is next to the Schwab stadium a 30 second walk… You can always find faults anywhere you travel…the smartest thing they Do is having paper plates at breakfast and their guests all cleanup … No dishes in hallways…no dish leftovers and noise…their guests and staff Are ordinary great people with amazing manners….the suites were good… The hallways always clean…the help went out of their way to assist any Issue or question…this is a great homey place …"

"We had to change rooms 3 times as what we booked( a king suite) and what we got was different. They put us into the 3rd room, with similar qualities and the big bathtub didn’t work. Wanted to move us again, but had already unpacked for our 3 night stay. I understand it’s under new management, but we had to ask for robes, ice machine unacceptable, and it was a waste of our time and money! Don’t open, if you’re not dotting all the eyes and crossing the ts! Expedia has some responsibility here as well! People depend on your site, don’t you believe in some discretion and follow up? You should. I will never use Expedia again nor will I stay at the Hotel Deco, (Old Reddick) again! Sara"

"The property is very conveniently located in the Old Market area of downtown Omaha. It is within walking distance to the Gene Leahy Mall and River walk area, as well as restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, and Saturday Farmer's Market. I felt our party of 3 had enough space in the room with the sitting area and a desk. There is also a small pool, which we didn't use. The workout room is fairly large. Breakfast is included with the stay, which was helpful. The hotel charges for parking, which I guess is fair considering the location."

"The room was OK and had comfortable beds. I was very disappointed in the bathroom as it was small and not well cleaned. The grout and edges of the of the floor, around the toilet and baseboard had visible grime and stains, not cleaned well at all. The vanity/sink chrome legs were dirty and rusted. I would not want to be barefoot in there, yuk. The vending machine prices were unreasonably high at $5.50 for a Dasani water and $5.00+ for a regular Hershey bar. There was no ice machine on my floor, only a deep freeze with baggies of melted together ice. The coffee offered downstairs frequently ran out and they usually had no flavored creamer."
