"Ma note passable n'a rien à voir avec l'hôtel mais avec votre site hotel.com !!!!! L'hôtel était fermé, vous n'avez pas pris en compte la demande de l'hôtel de le notifier sur votre site ! Aussi, ils m'ont quand même donné une chambre, mais j' étais seule dans l'hôtel sans personnel, ni petit-déj/restauration.
