"Amazingly helpful staff. Unfortunately I arrived to the hotel with very bad food poisoning and the staff was catering to our needs. They were super friendly and helpful. "I have stayed at this hotel before and I will continue to stay here when I am in Hanoi, Vietnam!! They just got their new Breakfast room open, and it is Lovely!!! The front desk Staff went out of their way again for me!!! My flight was canceled back to the USA, so they were able to allow me to stay in my current room for two more days, which took a little effort on their part!!!! I like everything about this Hotel, but especially the STAFF!!! This is a Charming Botique Hotel!!!!!!!!"
