Hotel vieillissant, petit déjeuner acceptable. Bons conseils de la part du gérant lorsque nous étions sur place à Bac Ha, mais de nombreuses incompréhensions par email en amont du séjour.

Outside appearances can be deceptive, The Ngan Nga Bac Ha Hotel is welcoming and friendly. There is no lift, but staff carry your heavy luggage and walking a couple of flights of stairs is good for your health. Take time to sit outside and have a drink and watch the beauty of Vietnam unfold before you, chat to the friendly staff, they may struggle with some English, but super nice people. The manager is very helpful, assisting with problems that are not hotel related. Food was excellent.

予めﾂｲﾝの部屋を予約していたが、ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙの部屋に案内された。ﾂｲﾝを予約したと 説明したら、少々時間を取って確認しﾂｲﾝの部屋に案内され予約どおりとなった。 若干手違いがあったようである。 立地的は、日曜市に近い場所で申し分なく、また、路線ﾊﾞｽがﾎﾃﾙの前を通っており この前で乗降出来たのは、非常に便利であった。

Nos tocó una habitación sin ventana con un olor muy fuerte a humedad. Por el resto, el hotel es aceptable (aunque viejo y sin ascensor). Especialmente positivo fue el trato recibido por el personal del hotel, que nos ayudó con varias cuestiones que les planteamos.

Il s'agit d'un hotel modeste, mais il n'y a pas beaucoup d'autre choix à Bac Ha. Les chambres sont petites et un peu spartiates. La photo présentée sur le site n'est pas très représentative (ils ont mis leur meilleure photo).

Hôtel convivial en plein centre de Bac Ha. Un peu vieillot mais confortable. Personnel attentionné, de bons conseils, très bon restaurant, produits variés et frais. Bonne ambiance générale et situation géographique idéale pour découvrir la région.

L'albergo e' comodo perche' il gestore e' l'unica persona che sa bene l'inglese di bac ka. L'albergo è discreto, abbastanza pulito, buona la cucina. Sicuramente ottimo da vedere il mercato di bac ka e i dintorni con uno scooter
