Es war eine schöne Villa mit viel Platz im Erdgeschoss und einem großen Garten mit einem schönen Baldachin. Lediglich die Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss sind nicht als vollwertiges Schlafzimmer geeignet. Die Firsthöhe beträgt ca. 1,85 Meter und fällt direkt ab. Ein Erwachsener muss geduckt über die obere Etage gehen. Es gibt ein sehr stickiges Gefühl. 1 der Zimmer im Obergeschoss hat nicht einmal ein Fenster, das geöffnet werden kann.
