"Ignore the old reviews- this place has had a makeover and for the price, it’s excellent. You can’t get closer to the beach, the area is quiet but still with enough shops/ cafes and restaurants. Good air con, hot shower with good temperature, clean bedding and room. We stayed here for two nights over new years to head to the FMP, it was about 300 baht ew pp for a taxi there and also about 300 baht pp to the pier - but it’s much nicer than staying in Haad Rin if you’re a couple. "We had a big and beautifull room with a big and comfy bed. The bathroom was also spacious with a big enclosed shower, great for not showeing the hole bathroom and everything in it while taking a shower. Our room was on the 3 floor so we had a nice view over the pool with palm trees. We did not use the pool that much. It is a tiny pool with only 4 sunbeds so you have to be early to get a spot. But its only 10 min walking to the beach. Very clean. Very nice and helpfull staff. Great location....

"Loved our stay at BEA! Great space to spend 5 nights in Samui, the apartment size is amazing value for money! Big fridge, big bathroom, king bed was so comfortable and pool was great.
